On Friday, April 10, Théâtre Le Sésame came alive with the alternative hip-hop and multicultural sounds of Waahli. The Montreal-based artist, inspired by his Haitian roots, delivered a powerful and generous performance where ancestral rhythms and magnetic stage presence blended into a truly electric atmosphere. With his latest opus Seven Bubbles, Waahli took Kingston’s audience on a poetic and vibrant musical journey.
Opening the night, Véloce André impressed with his bold artistry and boundless creativity. His authenticity and contagious energy set the perfect tone for the rest of the evening.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this unique night of music and culture. With the support of ACFOMI, CECCE and CEPEO, these moments will remain alive in our memories.

A heartfelt thank-you as well to our partners and funders for their continued support throughout the season.
